About the Project:
We were called out to a new construction build on Wentworth Rd Vaucluse for an award winning building company located in the Eastern Suburbs to reline two stormwater drains from their new development.
The Problem:
The house was being renovated and they wanted to avoid the cost of excavating within the council path way. The two stormwater outlet pipes that collect water from the house were partially collapsed and causing tree roots to enter and block the line.
How We Fixed It:
Using a combination of robotic grinding and pressurised water, we removed all the debris and broken sections of pipe in preparation for the relining process.
We then relined the complete pipe using one continuous liner coated in epoxy resin to create a seamless seal.
All works were completed in one day and we saved the client money, avoiding digging up the front council nature patch and pathway.
