About the Project:
Our customer Pearl has been living in her home at queens park for the past 30 years. Her house is located across from the large park which is surrounded by the big fig trees. These trees create a beautiful shade but are also renown for blocking pipes.
The Problem:
Her main pipe that was 2m deep in her garden was effected from the tree roots causing blockages to occur every 6 months. As pearl had no plans selling the house she wanted the problem fixed permanently.
How We Fixed It:
We had to excavate a small hole up the side of the house to install an access point as there wasn’t one available. Once we gained access to the drain we cleaned all the pipes and relined approx 30m of the drain to seal the complete pipe.
