About the Project:
This project was an easy fix not only because the works were straight forward but we had a spectacular view of Bondi Beach whilst we were carrying out the repairs. Our long term client owns a small boutique block of units metres away from the beach.
The Problem:
The existing terracotta pipes had large cracks in sections of the drain which were leaking into the building. We investigated the complete pipe to ensure there were no further problems and diagnosed the pipe to be leaking from conducting a DYE test.
How We Fixed It:
Using our Brawoliner sectional lining method we relined the cracked sections to create a seamless seal between the old pipe and the new liner. All works were completed in half a day with no disruptions to the residents.
