About the Project:
The homeowners made contact with us in regards to recurring blocked drains at their eastern suburbs property. There were multiple areas with tree roots entering the old clay pipe collars but the owner wanted all the pipes relined so he did not have to come across this problem again.
The Problem:
Tree roots!!! The large fig trees located in the backyard had made their way through the leaking sewer joints which formed a blockage, These large roots tend to crack the pipes shortly after.
How We Fixed It:
We spent 2 days relining all the external pipes sealing them all making it watertight so the tree roots would not return. The customer had all the drain problems fixed and wouldn’t even know we were there.
