About the Project:
Our custom Anton from Vaucluse has a beautifully maintained house overlooking the Sydney Harbour with manicured gardens. He has had ongoing blocked drains on his sewer pipes that run under the ground and through the property next door. In late 1800’s most houses were subdivided into two properties which has now left local residences with pipes running into each other’s land.
The Problem:
The neighbour behind would not give Anton permission to excavate and repair the drains as they did not want the hassle of messing their property and garden to fix a pipe that wasn’t there’s. That was when Anton found us on google and we came and provided a quotation to reline the pipe.
How We Fixed It:
The next day we attended with our Crew and relined over 40m of the 150mm pipe from Antons property down to the boundary trap located in the neighbour house behind. Both houses were pleased with the outcome and we not only saved the mess of excavation but saved our client Anton the cost of replacing the drain.
