About the Project:
This project was your typical scenario with a row of terrace homes in Paddington, where all the houses were connected to the shared sewer line before it reached the Sydney Water Main.
The Problem:
Tree roots entered the defective collars along the complete pipe, causing blockages. As there were multiple houses connected to this drain, we were required to split the quotation amongst all five owners as it was a shared service, so they shared the cost.
How We Fixed It:
Using our Brawoliner Inversion lining method, we relined over 30m from the furthest house at the end of the line down to the boundary trap to seal the pipe with one continuous liner. Once the liner had cured, we robotically reinstated all the branch line junctions that connected to this drain.
